Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from inside the app by going to Settings → Delete Account. This will remove your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email us and we will process the request for you.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, modify, or cancel your Compaxi subscription.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, please report it using the instructions above.
