The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include things like:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent in the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application collects your device's location to help the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and to power the following features:

• Geolocation services: personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-aware features.
• Analytics & improvements: aggregated and anonymized location data helps us identify trends and improve the Application.
• Third-party services: we may transmit anonymized location data to vendors that help us improve the Application.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance your experience and power core features. AI components may process your data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionality. All AI processing follows this privacy policy and applicable laws.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, the Application may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, user ID, and phone number. The information is retained and used as described in this policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this statement.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:

• Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may also disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• as required by law (e.g. to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process);
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, who have no independent use of the information we share, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules in this statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the relevant application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To have user-provided data deleted, contact us at support@compaxi.io and we will respond in a reasonable time. You can also delete your account directly from inside the Application (Settings → Delete Account), which will remove your account and associated data.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@compaxi.io so that we can take the necessary action.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy now and as amended in the future.
